They are not a guarantee of future events or outcomes and should not be relied on as the sole basis for important health, legal, financial, employment or relationship decisions.
- Individual experiences and outcomes differ. We do not promise or guarantee a cure, diagnosis, specific result, financial gain, relationship outcome or particular life change.

Bookings, Fees, Cancellations and Rescheduling
An enquiry or proposed appointment is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Otatva has accepted the request and communicated the appointment details and applicable fee or payment requirement. Please check the service, date, time, time zone, format and contact details in the confirmation.
Any advance, session fee, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, missed-appointment or refund condition will be disclosed before you are asked to pay or confirm. The terms communicated in the booking confirmation or invoice form part of that booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an appointment. We will handle cancellation and refund requests fairly and in accordance with the terms disclosed and applicable law.
We may need to reschedule or cancel a session because of illness, technical failure, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In that case, we will contact you to arrange a reasonable alternative or refund any amount due under the booking terms and applicable law.
Products, Enquiries and Order Acceptance
Product pages, photographs and descriptions are provided to help you understand the items offered. Colours, finish, size, packaging or appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, handmade characteristics or supplier changes. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and will clarify important details when you enquire.
A product enquiry sent through WhatsApp, email or a contact form is not itself an accepted order. An order becomes binding only after we confirm in writing the product and quantity, final price, applicable taxes, delivery charge, payment method, estimated dispatch or delivery details and the applicable return/refund terms.
We may decline or cancel an unconfirmed request where an item is unavailable, a listing contains an obvious error, delivery is not possible or we have a reasonable concern about fraud or misuse. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the refund due under the applicable terms and law.
Prices, Taxes and Payments
Prices, taxes, shipping charges and any other mandatory fees will be communicated before an order or paid booking is confirmed. The amount shown in the final written confirmation or invoice is the amount payable for that transaction, subject to any correction required by law.
Use only payment methods and payment links confirmed through Otatva's official contact channels. Where an external payment gateway or bank processes a payment, that provider's terms and privacy practices also apply. Otatva will not ask you to disclose your password, card PIN, UPI PIN or one-time password (OTP) to receive a payment.
Please notify us promptly if you believe a payment has been made incorrectly or without your authority. Refunds, where due, will be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method within the applicable payment-provider and legal timelines.
Delivery, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
For physical products, available delivery areas, shipping charges, estimated dispatch/delivery timelines, return address, return shipping responsibility and any product-specific restrictions will be disclosed with the relevant product or in the written order confirmation before payment. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us promptly at otatva@gmail.com or +91 98337 96667 with your order details and, where useful, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required under the disclosed policy and applicable law.
Nothing in this page removes or limits consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A product-specific return, refund, exchange or warranty policy will apply only to the extent it has been clearly disclosed before purchase and is consistent with applicable law. For digital downloads, personalised items or items that cannot ordinarily be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, any restriction will be disclosed before purchase and will not remove mandatory legal remedies.

You must not copy, record, reproduce, publish, resell, distribute, share login credentials or make course materials available to others without written permission, except where the law permits. Any course-specific participation or access rules will be provided with that programme.

We may update, suspend or discontinue a page or offering where reasonably necessary. We will communicate material changes to a confirmed booking or order where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Otatva will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a service. This clause does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any consumer right or remedy that must remain available under Indian law. You agree to be responsible for losses, claims or costs directly arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. This does not make you responsible for our own negligence or unlawful acts and does not restrict any mandatory consumer protection.
